The Danone Group came to Breakthrough at a time of major strategic change. They wanted to build a New Danone; Bringing Health Through Food. Danone are proud of their organisational values, but realised that they needed to transform their culture to energise this ambitious strategic change.
Danone identified sustainable leadership development as the key to their transformation, and as an outcome of their initial Breakthrough Programme, they created the Danone Leadership College (DLC) to leverage the talent of their leaders to achieve business success.
To reach this goal, Danone needed to actualise transformation at an individual, team and business unit level. They knew they had to touch a critical mass of leaders, so they approached Breakthrough to design, deliver and deploy the DLC by using Breakthrough’s Tools Technology Transfer Model.
