Breakthrough Global are expanding and looking for a new Breakthrough Facilitator to deliver our business culture transformation Programmes across the world.

We deliver extraordinary Programmes for the highest-level clients – therefore charisma, gravitas, and deep knowledge of business culture are crucial to your success. The role requires emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and powerful communication and listening skills.

Previous delivery experience is not essential however, you will need to be able to memorise and reproduce a large amount of material in a consistent and inspiring way, drawing examples from your own experience.

Location: Remote. Must be available to Travel Regionally & Internationally; overnight stays required.

Position: Freelance, up to 5 days a month. Full training will be provided to the successful candidates in our London offices, and an industry competitive day rate offered per Programme delivered.
