Breakthrough delivered a Programme with Avon’s US Organisation, APAC Organisation Global Legal and Global IT. Our experience delivering worldwide to different nationalities ensured that we were well equipped to provide the best partnership and support for large-scale culture transformation initiative.
In their APAC region, we worked to embed Avon’s core values of Accountability, Discipline and Passion.
For their Global IT, we used live-streaming technology to deliver “in the same room” events to a multitude of geographically dispersed regions around the world with our Breakthrough-Connected Programme.
We then built a Tools Technology Transformation Programme, (T3, Train-the-Trainer) to enable Avon associates to deliver our Tools and sustain Breakthrough for themselves. This process was so well executed by Avon that we have replicated it with many of our other clients.
The Breakthrough Journey was delivered via Breakthrough Intensive Programmes to the OC and Associates. Follow-through and support for transformation included Boosters; Licensing Internal Trainers so that they could deliver workshops and train internal employees via our T3 Programme; as well as ongoing support with Webcasts and Videos. Programmes, training materials and in-house communication and branding were translated into 4 languages as Breakthrough APAC was rolled out across the whole APAC region.
Breakthrough Connected brought the Global Avon IT community together with a common language, powerful shared experience and strong business outcomes for themselves and their enterprise. It powered communication to generate clarity and alignment on mission critical projects in regional locations as part of one global strategy.
